New Practice for Analysis of Trace Ammonia in Hydrogen Fuel by Gas Chromatography / Nitrogen Chemiluminescence Detector (GC/NCD)

1. Scope

This practice introduces a method for analyzing trace levels of ammonia in hydrogen fuel. This method utilizes a gas chromatograph configured with a gas sample valve and a nitrogen chemiluminescent detector for analysis of ammonia to meet the ISO 14687 specification.
