As a new uncrewed aerial capability, what are the primary requirements, needs, and applications for heavy lift drones within the emergency response field. The identification of these areas will be compiled through a collaboration from the industry.

Rationale
Heavy lift drones are a new capability within the emergency service field. Being much larger and with different mission tasks than current drone programs, they will require new standards in all areas of operations to ensure safety and success. Users of these standards will be producers of systems, system users, and regulators.
The title and scope are in draft form and are under development within this ASTM Committee.
