1. Scope
To identify the materials and performance required for mineral based
binders to be mixed with hemp hurd and other hemp based products to
produce construction materials.

Rationale
Binders are necessary to create hemp based construction materials.
The most common hemp based building product is Hempcrete or Hemp-lime,
which utilize mineral based binders such as lime and cement.

material safety and consistency.
