Rationale
The terminology section of E10 lacks a definition for "Brinell hardness machine," even though the definitions of both Brinell hardness standardizing machine and Brinell hardness testing machine use this term, and it appears in E10 dozens of times.
This work item will add a definition for "Brinell hardness machine" patterned after the corresponding definition of "Rockwell hardness machine" in E18.
("Brinell hardness testing machines" and "Brinell hardness standardizing machines" are the two types of "Brinell hardness machines.")
In the ballot process, this work item will be held until technical changes are made to E10 under other work items, so no new version of E10 will be created from this work item alone.
