Test method to determine comparative hiding power for paints and coatings.

Rationale
There is a good existing method D2805 for hiding power using Reflectometry, but it is time consuming to run. The industry in general uses a basic contrast ratio method extensively, but there is no ASTM method mirroring this common practice. Thus I think this is a gap that should be filled.
The title and scope are in draft form and are under development within this ASTM Committee.
