1. Scope
This specification covers shaped Aluminum Strand compact concentric-lay-stranded aluminum conductors, supported by a Carbon Fiber Composite (CFC) core for use as overhead electrical conductors. In this specification only shaped Aluminum Strand compact concentric-lay stranded aluminum conductors, carbon fiber composite core supported, are specifically designated. Conductor constructions not included in this specification should be agreed upon between the manufacturer and the purchaser when placing the order.
