Experiments on the Effects of Temperature and Load Changes on Creep Rupture of Steels
SourceVariation in stress or temperature during creep-to-rupture test may result in alteration of the creep rate, or time to rupture, under certain conditions; it does not appear possible, however, to generalize regarding these changes, on the basis of the relatively few results now available.
