Over 100 trucks and automobiles equipped with dual propane-gasoline fuel systems are used by Southern Union Gas Company in New Mexico. Use of propane has resulted in longer useful vehicle life and a net reduction in cost of approximately one cent per mile, along with a significant reduction of air pollution.
