Source

An outline of the procedures required for single crystal structure analysis is given. Some of the more recent advances in diffraction theory are mentioned, for example, fine structure in a diffraction spectrum. Several examples of single crystal and fine structure diffraction are given which were obtained using selected area diffraction.
