SourceThere is profound food for thought in all of the papers. It is notable that the item mentioned most frequently is a long standing enemy—water; what it will do itself, and what it will do by carrying other materials with it. Another item was weather, not only as given in general terms, but as Mr. Reinhart pointed out, in terms of variations for a given locality. This I think was a major contribution.
