Development of Water-Dispersible Granule Systems
SourceThis paper contains an example of a typical water-dispersible granule and a description of each of the ingredients found in the formulation. The study shows that even with products in the same chemical class, slight differences can produce significant differences in the performance characteristics.
In this experiment, dispersants were investigated. Although other variables were not studied, the authors believe that differences could also be observed by changing the other ingredients—that is, the wetting agents, agglomerating agents, diluents, and so forth.
