The laboratory and in-plant service corrosion properties of titanium, Ti-0.15Pd, and zirconium alloys in zinc chloride and zinc ammonium chloride solutions are discussed. An example of texturing of Ti-0.15Pd tubing, which significantly affects corrosion resistance, is also discussed.
