This chapter provides a discussion of the factors which must be considered in the establishment of management systems for auditing other primary quality systems and for auditing inspection effectiveness. The auditing systems are distinguished from the other primary quality systems which are the object of audit. The former systems are the subject of this chapter; the latter have been the subject of the earlier chapters.
