Long-Term Corrosion Behavior of Materials in the Marine Atmosphere
SourceThe relative corrosion resistance for numerous materials of interest to architects and engineers as well as the marine construction and automotive industries are presented. Results of exposures in the natural marine atmosphere at Kure Beach, NC, for up to 45 years are included for steels, stainless steels, aluminum alloys, copper, nickel, and titanium alloys.
