The purpose of the panel discussion was to explore the future worldwide availability of aviation gasoline. Panel members were F. E. Barnes of Chevron, G. J. Bishop of Shell International, J. P. Covell of Texaco Inc., R. Fletcher of British Petroleum, and R. G. Thompson of Phillips Petroleum. After each panel member made an informal presentation, various questions and comments were taken from the floor. The following is a summary of the presentations as well as the subsequent discussion.
