Those aspects of facility performance and serviceability that are most important to investors, financial executives and building economists, such as; value for money, return on investment were discussed; for example, internal rate of return, and life-cycle costing. There is a need for practical methods for evaluating buildings and building performance from the economic perspective. Buildings and facilities should be looked at.
