This paper presents regional geo-environmental and climatological information, which includes earthquake, storm, wind, and marine deposits along the coastline of China with special emphasis on the South and East China Sea regions where the majority of new oil recovery projects are scheduled. This information can be of value in assisting preliminary analysis and design of marine structures of this region.
