Development of Antibodies to Teleost Vitellogenins: Potential Biomarkers for Environmental Estrogens
SourceWe describe 2 IgG class and an IgM class onoclonal antibodies and a polyclonal antiserum which recognize a wide variety of teleost vitellogenins. Based on these and previous results we discuss the potential for developing a “universal” ELISA to recognize all vertebrate vitellogenins.
