Reference Radiograph for E2868 Steel Castings Up to 2 in. (50.8 mm) in Thickness; Volumes I, II, & III + Active Standard
Previously only available as film reference radiographs (ASTM E0446) these images are now available in a digitized format.
This product includes three DVDs which contains the data and software to build 34 digital reference images in each of the three volumes, in a range of resolutions comparable to pixel sizes of 20 microns to 400 microns. The resulting digital reference images illustrate the types and degrees of discontinuities occurring in steel castings that have section thicknesses up to 2 in. (50.8 mm).
The illustrations consist of the following:
RRE286801 — Volume I Medium Voltage (Nominal 250kVp) X-Ray Reference Radiographs (Set of 34 illustrations.)
RRE286802 — Volume II 1-MV X-Rays and Iridium-192 Reference Radiographs (Set of 34 illustrations.)
RRE286803 — Volume III 2-MV to 4-MV X-Rays and Cobalt-60 Reference Radiographs (Set of 34 illustrations.)
A copy of the current ASTM standard is included with the purchase of these reference radiographs.
The images may be installed as 16-bit TIFF files or as DICONDE files and may be installed for negative or positive image polarity. The images may be installed at resolutions to match the effective resolution of various digital detectors in increments of 10 microns.

Domestic orders are delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Transit

International orders are delivered via courier post services which can be either a postal service, courier
service, or a combination of both. Standard Service is untraceable. Please allow 4-7 weeks for delivery.
