E2975 - Test Method for Calibration or Calibration Verification of Constant Speed Concentric Cylinder Rotational Viscometers
The precision of this research report is an addendum to E37-1047 based on an interlaboratory study of E2975, Test Method for Calibration or Calibration Verification of Constant Speed Concentric Cylinder Rotational Viscometers. 20 laboratories reported data for this study. Each of the laboratories were asked to report 5 replicates test results on a total of 2 materials. Every “test result” represents an individual determination. Practice ASTM E691 was followed for the design of the study and analysis of the data; the details are given in ASTM Research Report No E37-2004.
