The precision of this research report is based on an interlaboratory study of D8650_D8650M-26, Test Method for Determining Low Temperature Flexibility of Liquid-Applied Polymeric Membranes Used in Roofing and Waterproofing, conducted in 2026. 1 laboratories reported data for this study. Each of the laboratories were asked to report 12 replicates test results on a total of 10 materials. Every “test result” represents an individual determination. Practice ASTM E691 was followed for the design of the study and analysis of the data; the details are given in ASTM Research Report No D08-2004.
