D8267 - Test Method for Determination of Total Aromatic, Monoaromatic and Diaromatic Content of Aviation Turbine Fuels Using Gas Chromatography with Vacuum Ultraviolet Absorption Spectroscopy Detection (GC-VUV)
The precision of this research report is based on an interlaboratory study of D8267, Test Method for Determination of Total Aromatic, Monoaromatic and Diaromatic Content of Aviation Turbine Fuels Using Gas Chromatography with Vacuum Ultraviolet Absorption Spectroscopy Detection (GC-VUV), conducted in 2025. 16 laboratories reported data for this study. Each of the laboratories were asked to report 2 replicates test results on a total of 8 materials. Every “test result” represents an individual determination. Practice ASTM D6300 was followed for the design of the study and analysis of the data; the details are given in ASTM Research Report No D02-2103.
