B0982-Specification for Sampling and Sample Preparation of Lead and Lead Alloys for Optical Emission Spectrometric or ICP Analysis
The precision of this test method is based on an interlaboratory study of ASTM B982, Standard Test Method for Sampling and Sample Preparation of Lead and Lead Alloys for Optical Emission Spectrometric or ICP Analysis , conducted in 2010. Eleven laboratories participated in this study. Each of the labs was asked to report five replicate test results on a total of four materials. Every test result reported represents a single determination or measurement. Practice E691 was followed for the design and analysis of the data; the details are given in ASTM Research Report No. B02-1000.
